A wonderful cocktail that is appropriate for all seasons is the Tom Collins. The ingredients are nearly 100 percent guaranteed to be easy to find, and then you're looking to sip and relax, you'll want something that's easy to obtain and easy to make.
Traditionally, the Tom Collins uses Old Tom gin, but pretty much any liquor can be swapped out, letting you tailor flavors for the holidays or the summer vacation poolside. Combine some ice, 2 oz. gin, ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar or ¾ tablespoon simple syrup. Shake. Serve tall - strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with lemon.
This set features a base, straining lid, and cap. The cap also works as a measured jigger for up to 1¾ oz. Shaker measures 5 7/8" tall and 2 5/8" in diameter. Imprinting available.
