This tray is made from bamboo, an eco-friendly material that's more durable than maple and which features a stylish wood grain look. The tray measures 11 ¼" x 7 5/8", with a 6 ½" diameter, 1" depression area for the nuts. The nutcracker compartment is located next to the nut serving area, and is adjacent to a 4" x 4" area that can be customized by laser imprinting.

Got as a gift. The Thought was nice, but tray to hold nuts is so small and there is nowhere to put shells. The nut cracker itself is cheap and too skinny and narrow to hold in your hand let alone crack bigger nuts like Brazil nuts. The Bamboo wood is a nice accent however.
