Boston Shaker Set, Stainless Steel Shell With Recipe Glass
Product Code: 8150
Curious about the Boston shaker? Shakers as a whole skyrocketed to popularity in the mid-1800s, but by the early 20th century, three shaker styles had more or less gone "mainstream" - the Boston shaker, the Parisian shaker, and the cobbler shaker. The Boston always features a thick glass that wedges into a metal shaker tumbler. To seal and dislodge the two vessels, the bartender will whack his or her hand on the glass, creating the satisfying "crack" that is synonymous with mixing drinks at the bar.
Rubber gasket included for seamless leak-proof shaking. Stainless steel shaker shell measures 6 ¼" high and 3 ½" in diameter. Recipe glass measures 6 ¼ " high and 3 ¼ " in diameter. Imprinting available.
