Hi cost of return, 20% + shipping?

Unfortunately the wine chillers were not as expected, it is always tough to determine exact appearance from pictures. I do understand paying for the cost of return shipping, but a 20% restocking fee is too high to take the risk of ordering from Wine Devices again. Why would you, unless the product were unavailable from a retailer with a better return policy? Paying $60 to on a $300 dollar order, just to return one box seems unreasonable in my opinion.
