Hard Cheese Knife

Cheeses come in different hardnesses and to cut and serve them best it's best to have the right tools. This hard cheese knife is perfect for hard cheeses like Parmesan but also serves as a chocolate knife. The knife is 7 1/2" long and 1 7/8" wide and has the ability to be laser imprinted on the blade.
