Item as described ans shipped fast

I bought it as a gift and never used it so don't know the quality. However, another Amber corkscrew missed 2 crystals after several uses.
The corkscrew is fully functional but if I paid $50 for a corkscrew you don't expect me to watch out the crystals every time and worry about the workmanship. Emailed Wine Devices with no reply. First and last order, thank you and bye.
